EcoVillage - A Net Zero Energy Ready Community

CARB is working with the EcoVillage cohousing community in Ithaca, New York, on their third neighborhood called the Third Residential EcoVillage Experience (TREE). This community scale project consists of 40 housing units-15 apartments and 25 single family residences. This report outlines the goals of the community and the design process of building the community.
