1995 - 1999 (Combined) CY Hospital Annual Selected File
In July 2001, HCAI performed an extract of its hospital annual financial database for report periods ended January 1, 1995 through December 31, 1999, and produced updated data files which reflect all corrections made by HCAI audit staff and hospital representatives. Comparison of the previously released data files with the revised data files may not have a material effect on statewide aggregations, but may have a significant effect on the data for individual hospitals. *This documentation is applicable for the combined, five-year data file and each of the separate, one-year data files. It also applies to the selected data file which covers report periods ended July 1, 1999 to June 29, 2000. The file does not include all hospitals and represents the final annual financial data file produced in which managed care data are not reported separately.
