When launching any Office application, I get a splash screen that says "Updating Microsoft 365 and Office please wait a moment", after which I get an error stating that "The application was unable to start correctly (0xc0000142). Click OK to close the application." Subsequent attempts to open any Office application give the same results. I have rebooted my PC and the results are the same.
