Sometimes, third-party software can interfere with keyboard shortcuts. In this case, I shall suggest you, go for a Clean Boot.

A glitch in Windows Explorer can sometimes cause shortcut issues. Try restarting it.

Try a different USB port or a keyboard if possible.

If the issue persists after trying these steps, consider creating a new user profile.

    Hello,

Based on your description, here are some factors that may cause this:

    a. For some shortcut key settings that come with the operating system, you can try changing them in "Control Panel" -> "Keyboard".

    b. Some input method software will occupy some key positions. You can try to temporarily switch to English input state, or close the input method software.

    c. Some special keyboard or mouse drivers may cause this situation. You can try to uninstall or update the corresponding driver.

    Best Regards,

    Yanhong Liu

I was having this issue for a very long time. In my case, just sharing a probable reason that helped me, it was a (lock symbol) button that was on the top right corner of my MSI keyboard that didn't allow my window button to work. I found out b y using a keyboard tester online, and checked that each button sent a working signal.

Hope this helps some of you out there in the future.
