app pool has the necessary permissions on the Web Console directory. It should have at least Modify permissions1. - Service Status: Verify that all relevant SCOM services are running correctly. Sometimes, restarting the services can resolve unexpected issues.
- Event Logs: Check the event logs on the SCOM server for any errors or warnings that might give more insight into what’s going wrong.
