How to fix error message after trying to configure SSO for Bullhorn Novo

I am trying to configure SSO for Bullhorn Novo and keep getting this error message:
"AADSTS700016: Application with identifier 'http://www.bullhornstaffing.com' was not found in the directory 'Triple Crown Consulting, LLC'. This can happen if the application has not been installed by the administrator of the tenant or consented to by any user in the tenant. You may have sent your authentication request to the wrong tenant."
Does anyone know how I can fix this? I followed the Bullhorn SSO instructions from Bullhorn, yet it's still not working.
