    Hi @Wilfried Woivré

I understand that you are experiencing difficulties deleting your virtual network because it is associated with Azure IPAM.

Could you review it again and make sure there are no virtual machines, network interfaces, or other resources still linked to the Virtual Network? If there are any dependencies, please remove them first.

Azure IPAM might be automatically managing IP allocations, which could prevent deletion. Some users have discussed settings that influence how IPAM handles deleted VNets.

I hope you have followed the article: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/questions/2223835/network-manager-ipam-failed-to-fetch-usage-data-er?WT.mc_id=AZ-MVP-4039694&source=docs and tried all the steps? like manual deletion using Azure CLI commands to remove the virtual network.

To troubleshoot the issue of failing to delete a virtual network in Azure, please refer to this document to see if it helps. https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/virtual-network/virtual-network-troubleshoot-cannot-delete-vnet

To assist you further, can you please share us the screenshot of the error message along with VNet & IPAM pool details?

You also can submit an Azure support request. To submit a support request, on the Azure support page, select Get support.

Please let me know if you have any questions.
