When trying to run SQL server I get Error 1067: The process terminated unexpectedly. Event viewer is showing Event ID 9012 saying "There have been 256 misaligned log IOs which required falling back to synchronous IO. The current IO is on C:" then goes on to list the file ___location. What would cause this and what would be the remedy?

It is operating on Windows 11 with SSD. Would this prevent an SQL from being able to be started? I tried both 2019 and 2022 versions.
