remotewebaccess.com suddenly not working

I have a server that I connect to via VPN. Server 2016 essentials set up a website trigstedlawgroup.remotewebaccess.com and a VPN that I set up via [url]/connect. Obviously this was a long time ago. The VPN stopped working like a year plus ago for no reason and I couldn't fix it, and then all the sudden it started working with no fix on a random retry months later. I believe that Microsoft upgraded or fixed the servers on their end to make it work again, and I believe that now those new servers are failing again because it stopped working now without any change on my end. I'm trying to figure out whether remotewebaccess.com is failing for everyone or just me because I have never had the remotewebaccess.com website not work even when the VPN stopped working for a long time, and when I try go to to the website URL there is nothing there just says this site can't be reached.

    Hello Joshua,

    Unfortunately, Microsoft’s free Remote Web Access (RWA) dynamic-DNS platform has been experiencing a fresh round of failures since early April 2024 and admins are still reporting problems as of this month.

    To confirm it is not just from your side:

    1. NS-lookup test: nslookup trigstedlawgroup.remotewebaccess.com 1.1.1.1 If it times out or returns NXDOMAIN, the DNS record never made it to Microsoft’s Azure DNS host.
    2. Essentials health log: Check C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows Server\Logs\NetworkHealthPlugin-DomainManagementFeature.log for errors such as Live Dynamic DNS has encountered an internal error / CommunicationFailure.
