How to fix database server is disabled

Hai, may i know how to fix this issue.

The server is currently in 'disabled' state. Please wait for the operation to complete. You can refresh to check status. Reach out to Microsoft support if the operation is taking too long.

this is a postgresql for flexible server and the status is disabled from 6 jun.

    How to fix database server is disabled

    The ‘Disabled’ state usually indicates that the PostgreSQL Flexible Server is stuck during a transition operation such as Stopping, Deleting, or Scaling. Since the server has remained in this state since June 6, it is most likely a backend issue.

    To help you troubleshoot and resolve the issue, please share the requested details along with a screenshot of the error message in a private message.

    To raise a support ticket in the Azure portal for an issue like a PostgreSQL Flexible Server being stuck in a disabled state, follow these steps:

    If you're on the server’s page in the portal, you can scroll down the left-hand menu and click on “Support + troubleshooting”, then select “New support request.”

    Next, choose Technical as the issue type, and select the subscription where the server exists. Then, choose Azure Database for PostgreSQL Flexible Server as the service. After that, select the actual server that is facing the issue.

    In the problem details, choose a problem type like Server Management, and under that, pick a subtype such as Server is in disabled state.

    You will then be asked to describe the issue. You can write something like:

    “My PostgreSQL Flexible Server has been in a disabled state since June 6."

    If you have any screenshots or logs, you can upload them.

    After that, Azure may show you a few suggested solutions. If those don’t help, you can continue by clicking Next.

    Now, provide any additional information about the issue, such as when it started or steps to reproduce it.

    Then, choose your support plan and select the severity level depending on how critical the issue is to your workload.

    Finally, provide your contact information, such as your name, email, phone number, and preferred method of contact. Review all the details and then click Create to submit the support request.

    Once submitted, a Microsoft support engineer will reach out to you to assist with the issue.
