Unable to obtain IP address in Azure boost VM. The VM uses a custom image. The operating system of the image is Windows Server 2022. MANA driver has been installed.

Windows PE isn’t a general-purpose operating system. Windows PE doesn’t support: NIC teaming, joining to a network ___domain, connecting to an IPv4 network from Windows PE on an IPv6 network.
Azure expects networking to operate within a full Windows Server environment, not a preboot or recovery environment.
Ensure your custom image boots into Windows Server 2022 full OS. This is necessary for the complete functionality of Azure services and networking.
Redeploy the VM using an image that boots into a full operating system instead of WinPE, has MANA and the VM Agent pre-installed, and is generalized with Sysprep.
WinPE network drivers support only TCP/IP and NetBIOS over TCP/IP. Wireless networking is not supported, and ___domain joins or advanced network configurations are not permitted.
