Hello Microsoft Support,

Since 4 June 2025 (≈ 08:00 CEST) all large-file uploads via Microsoft Graph have been failing. createUploadSession still returns 200 with an uploadUrl, but the first PUT to that URL returns 401 Unauthorized even when no Authorization header is sent and the access token is valid. We made no code or tenant changes, and the issue affects every customer, blocking production uploads. This mirrors the EX1058997 incident from April. Please escalate, confirm whether a new service incident has been opened, and advise on an ETA or workaround. Correlation IDs and full request logs are available on request.
