As a moderator, I have looked into this, and from the information available to me, the Philippines is indeed listed as a supported region for Microsoft Rewards offers and redemptions. This suggests that the issue you and others are facing might not be that the country is entirely unsupported, but perhaps a more specific technical problem.
Please be assured that your voice has been heard. I agree that providing seamless support for our community in the Philippines is necessary.
