Starting multi excel instance runs into problems whenever there is any add-in is enabled.

Knowing that Microsoft Support Community is phasing out in Jul. Just want to create a thread here to see if there is anyone can provide some ideas for me to solve the excel add-in error when starting multi instance even across different ___domain computer for the user?
