In 2023, I have taken and passed the MicroSoft Azure Fundamentals exam but cannot locate my certification ?

I have taken and passed the MicroSoft Azure Fundamentals exam but cannot locate my certification?

My profile was changed from ******@roehm.com to -- ******@roehm.com. I am not sure if this is the cause or not. I have searched under my Profile - Credentials - Certifications, and there is nothing there under my ******@roehm.com profile. Please assist in retrieving my Certifications for passing the Azure Fundamentals Exam.
