Adding a category to an email using GraphAPI, understanding outlookCategory deprecated impact

Hi Team,

We wish to create, update, delete categories for emails in our application that uses Microsoft Graph API. We found this document for the same : https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/graph/api/resources/outlookcategory?view=graph-rest-1.0
However, it states that this is deprecated, could you please confirm what is the impact of this? Is there a sunset for this soon?

Additionally, we would like to attach categories to emails using the graph APIs, could you guide us to the document for the same?
