Request to re-enable Microsoft 365 E5 Developer subscription

Hello,

I am a registered member of the Microsoft 365 Developer Program using the account ******@outlook.com.

I am currently unable to access or create an E5 sandbox subscription. The profile page shows: “You don’t currently qualify for a sandbox subscription.” I had a sandbox previously, but now it appears to be gone or expired, and I don’t see an option to renew or recreate it.

We are actively using Microsoft 365 and the sandbox environment for the development of our own application. Our company is already paying for Microsoft Entra ID, and the sandbox is a critical part of our development and integration workflow.

Could you please clarify my eligibility and help me re-enable or set up the Microsoft 365 E5 Developer environment?

Thank you,

Martin Kohlíček
