Hello,
We are experiencing an issue with the PHP SDK. It's giving an error like.
Fault Code: WSDL
Fault String: SOAP-ERROR: Parsing WSDL: Couldn't load from 'https://adinsight.api.bingads.microsoft.com/Api/Advertiser/AdInsight/v13/AdInsightService.svc?singleWsdl' : failed to load external entity "https://adinsight.api.bingads.microsoft.com/Api/Advertiser/AdInsight/v13/AdInsightService.svc?singleWsdl"
We had not encountered this error before. We checked the above urls in the browser and they are not loading.
