All Win10-64 Restarts open an error window stating c:\windows\system32\tower_main" MISSING!

How do I remedy this error?

    tower_main is not a default Windows system file, so it's most likely from a third-party application or utility.

    It may be related to the "Trend Micro Password Manager" app. You need to uninstall and reinstall to check the issue.
