    Suggestions:

    Update your Graphic Card Driver. Visit the support site of the manufacturer to download and install the latest driver.

    Open Run menu and type secpol.msc and hit the Enter Key.

    Navigate to:

    Local Policies > Security Options

    Find "User Account Control: Switch to the secure desktop..."

    Set it to Disabled.

    Reboot.
