I am sorry that this incident has happened to you. I would be happy to help you stop the costs as quickly as possible.
There are a few things that need to be checked in advance.
Are there multiple subscriptions in the Azure Tenant?
You can check this by searching for subscriptions in Azure (search bar) and selecting all subscriptions on the overview page.
Make sure you are logged in as a Global Admin and have the Elevated Permissions for Azure, otherwise you may not see all subscriptions.
I assume you only have one subscription that has been charged, but the process is the same for other subscriptions to stop charges.
To stop costs, it is best to delete all resources. The quickest way to do this is to delete resource groups, as resources can only be provided in them. https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/azure-resource-manager/management/delete-resource-group?tabs=azure-powershell
If you really want to delete everything, I also recommend deleting the subscription. If something is still available that needs to be deleted first, you will be notified of this.
