Unable to Access Unlimited Transcripts – Evaluation Mode Limitation

According to the documentation at https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/graph/teams-licenses, the error 402 PaymentRequired occurs when the monthly evaluation capacity has been exceeded for fetching transcripts using the Microsoft Graph API.

I am receiving the following error:

PaymentRequired: Evaluation capacity for the month has exceeded. To continue beyond the evaluation limits complete billing onboarding. Visit https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/graph/teams-licenses for API specific requirements.

However, I cannot find any clear instructions on how to disable the evaluation mode or complete the necessary billing onboarding process in order to access transcripts beyond the evaluation limits.
