Urgent: Locked Out Global Admin – Case # 2506130040004861
I am the only global admin for our Microsoft 365 tenant and have been locked out due to MFA with no backup method. I have an open case with the Data Protection Team (Case # 2506130040004861), but the estimated resolution time is several days.
This delay is causing significant business disruption and financial loss.
I urgently request escalation of this case.
Please advise or escalate this to the appropriate team.

2025-06-18T20:37:12.56+00:00 We are experiencing critical business disruption due to our sole global administrator being locked out of our Microsoft 365 tenant following MFA enforcement.
Context:
• We recently canceled our Microsoft 365 subscription through GoDaddy and transitioned to direct management of our tenant.
• After ___domain re-verification, we made changes in the Microsoft 365 admin center, including updating our primary business email and removing the default
.onmicrosoft.comaddress.• Unfortunately, we did not have a backup MFA method or updated secondary email address in place prior to these changes.
• As a result, we are now completely locked out, with no recovery options available through standard channels.
We currently have an open case with the Data Protection Team (Case #2506130040004861), but the estimated resolution timeframe is several days. Given the financial and operational impact of this lockout, we are requesting immediate escalation or temporary access restoration to prevent further disruption.
Request:
We respectfully ask for one of the following actions:
• Manual MFA reset or bypass for the affected account
• Temporary access via trusted ___domain verification or identity validation
• Any viable path to restore admin access under emergency conditions
