Concatenates two variants and returns the result.
Syntax

Parameters

The first variant.
[in] pvarRight
The second variant.
[out] pvarResult
The result variant.
Return value
If this function succeeds, it returns S_OK. Otherwise, it returns an HRESULT error code.
