Plot Summary: In MAMORU OSHII'S - RED SPECTACLES, the Metropolitan Police were forced to create a police state to control the chaos that was developing around them. However, those in the elite Kerberos, or Watchdogs of Hell, unit soon became overwhelmed with power, and corruption soon followed. Out of three rebels, only one, Kouichi Todome, managed to escape. Years later, he returns to the deteriorating city to find out what happened after his departure
