Access for All Program - City of Seattle program to connect eligible organizations and locations in Seattle with free high speed internet service in partnership with Comcast, Astound Broadband, and Lumen. City of Seattle Facilities - City owned buildings, including Community Centers, City Hall, Seattle Center and others. Internet Essentials Program - Low-cost internet program provided by Comcast offering $9.95/month + tax for eligible households.
