Off-wiki evidence which I'll submit to paid-en after this (UPE...). What I'll say here is that Turjaaa has an overlap on [[Harold Parker (civil servant)]] with the master account of this case, and both the accounts immediately declare a COI with the subject on their userpage [https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=User:Turjaaa&oldid=1199204394] [https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=User:Plehemecoach&oldid=1183996191] vs [https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=User:Clippercircuit&diff=next&oldid=1170876860] [https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=User%3AChinakuku&diff=1161798273&oldid=1159727621]. Asking for a CU because the first sock (Turjaaa) is about to go stale and I have reason to believe there are other accounts to be found.
