Spaghetti straps are a kind of narrow shoulder straps used in clothing, such as camisoles, cocktail dresses, and evening gowns, so-named for the thin pasta strands called spaghetti.

Some institutional dress codes ban spaghetti-strap and other bare-shouldered garments on grounds of modesty.
