Keep. Keep it, because it DOES have content and it DOES have significance. "hoodedman", I don't care whether you like this article or not, but it matters, and it deserves to be in Wikipedia.

Delete - if this person is known only for the reasons stated in the article, it does not seem to be particularly encyclopedic.
