Parental Change
As a parent I think it is inappropriate and uncomforting for any child-show page to post how someone died and as such I have changed the cause of death for Mary Kay Bergman to "who died in 1999". I understand it has to be on the actress' page but I do not think it is appropriate for it to be on any child-show page. Imagine how uncomfortable this conversation would be:
:"Mommy, what does [censored] mean?"
▲|}
:"Why where'd you hear that from?"
:"Oh I found it on a Scooby-Doo site."
Imagine how disturbing that would be to hear as a parent and as such I'd appreciate it if any other child-show pages have that mentioned whether it is this actress or any other actress or actor it'd be appropriate to remove that from them. And please do not change it back. Thank you. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 74.83.198.136 (talk) 16:27, 8 May 2011 (UTC)
:Mam, I'm assuming you're a woman seeing as you used "Mommy". I couldn't agree with you more as a father of three children of my own, I find what you are talking about to be very disturbing indeed as I looked at Mary Kay Bergam's profile and to know that such a disturbing thing was posted on a child's TV show page is infact horrifying.

Mistakes
Seems there are a few mistakes or misleading information on this page:
Celebrity Guest Stars:
The following people were actual characters that appeared in the series and were all voiced by themselves
Chris Klug
Lindsay Pagano
Mike Piazza
Ryan Sheckler
Simple Plan
Steve Harwell
Brett Hull
JC Chasez
The following appeared as characters in the show but without speaking roles
Smash Mouth
KISS
Yes these three celebrities did voice characters on the show but they did not appear themselves on the show. So it is misleading to list these with the rest.
Taylor Lautner
Kathy Griffin
Josh Peck
I question the source that states these people had anything to do with the show. I have gone through every episode and can't find them anywhere.
Miranda Cosgrove
Willa Holland
Tegan and Sara
A.J. Cook
Now, on to the Recurring Characters section:
Burr Batson only appeared in one episode so he is not a recurring character
The Hex Girls although they have appeared in other scooby-doo series only appear in one episode in this series. They should be noted as maybe a series regular character or something of that nature but calling them recurring chacters in this series is misleading
I know all of this because I have watched every episode and also I have seen the credits of every episode. All of this information can also be seen on the web via http://www.behindthevoiceactors.com/tv-shows/Whats-New-Scooby-Doo/

Airdate confusion
Why is it the original run section of the info table clashes with the episodes page? For instance on the info table the premieredate is listed as September 13, while the episodes page lists it as September 14? Also on the Season 3 section it claims the first episode title "Fright House of a Lighthouse" premiered on March 12, 2005... even though numerous other sources such as IMDB claim that the season started earlier on January 29, 2005; Last but not least the infotable has a finaledate of May 20 of 2005, even though the episodes page says its July 22, 2006.... This does not add up, and its ridiculous that no one has bothered to fix these glaring errors. There is no excuse for this. - Blakebs 5:28PM (CST)
:Both this and APNSD suffer from airdate confusion. -- Anythingspossibleforapossible (talk) 08:00, 28 March 2013 (UTC)
:Also on the episodes list for A Pup Named Scooby-Doo it was noted that the final episodes aired in July 1991, and this was later changed to August by Meadyforzbs. I'd like to know exactly where he got the info from, considering every other source such as TV.com and IMDB says they aired in July. So which is it? - Blakebs 12:10, 28 March 2013 (CST)
Shaggy vegetarian?
I've got some doubts about Shaggy being a vegetarian in this show, since he ate sushi (apparently with prawns) for few times in 'Big Appetite in Little Tokyo', made a burito in 'High-Tech House of Horrors', dreamt about chili and burgers at the beggining of 'Go West, Young Scoob' and held a burger at the end of 'Lights! Camera! Mayhem!'. Tama Fan (talk) 08:32, 21 August 2020 (UTC)
:Maybe it was just a little joke, because he also still eats Scooby Snacks, and I don't remember hearing that he's a vegetarian anywhere else, so I think if it's just isolated to this show, it shouldn't be taken *too* seriously. Not as a character trait anyway. Triviatronic9000 (talk) 00:39, 21 June 2023 (UTC)
Two Illusive Songs
Whenever I was little, I used to have a DVD called "Scooby-Doo and Friends", which contained episodes mostly from What's New, and one from A Pup Named Scooby Doo. I think that's the one anyway. What's New episodes included one with a yeti, one with a space monster (can't remember if it was an alien or robot), and I don't remember the other, but the Pup Named Scooby Doo episode had a ghost chef. Anywho, on this DVD, I saw 2 music videos that I can't find on the internet: one was a Jazz-Noir style song about Velma and the other was a Rock song about the Mystery Inc in general, and what stuck out most to me was that in both, Shaggy had some parts, but they were quick and brief. Just him... Talking, if that's the right word, and in the Mystery Inc song, he even sings part of the chorus with the singers. Am I crazy or does anyone know where it can be found online if I'm not? They weren't in the episodes. I never saw them when they first came out, but if I had to guess, they were played during commercial breaks.
