The United States men's national field hockey team represents the United States in the international field hockey competitions. The men's team isn't as widely known within the country as the women's team.
As field hockey is not a major sport at the college level for men (mostly due to Title IX), and the lack of a domestic professional league the team does not have as much experience as most other international teams.
The team attempts to qualify for international competitions but often comes up short. It has had it's best success qualifying for the Pan American Games.
