Fixed.

A corrected route has been put in place between USM to the ocean color web site. The problem was an asymmetric route from NASA back to USM.

Martin, None of the ips were blocked. We do see traffic from each ip address to oceandata, but the client does not complete the https connection. Not sure why without looking at the client. The following shows the ip and last date we logged an incoming  packet.IP Address
