I have several VIIRS-SNPP and MODIS-AQUA subscriptions. The MODA seems fine, but the VIIRS subscriptions have stopped updating on 7/9 for OC and on 7/10 for nighttime SST.

I fixed this by turning off my university VPN, which had never been an issue in the past. Not sure exactly what happened, but I can now order files.
