Hi,

Thanks for providing the HTTP links. Previously I had them emailed to me and there was an option to download the zip file of the relevant images. Would it be possible for this to happen with these datasets as I m running into issues trying to download them from the HTTP link.

Hi, I ordered another set of data as the first was covered by cloud. I haven't yet received either sets - has the problem with the backlog reoccurred, do I need to re-order them?

I have ordered customised MISR data twice now, early last week and have not received an email with information about how to access these. Previously when i ordered they came through within the day. Has this happened to anyone else? Is the pick up system different for customised datasets?

I have been trying to download misr data for 10/04/2020. I add the images to the cart and try to export them - however each time an error comes up stating that it is not possible to obtain images at this time. I have tried this three times. Has anybody else found this issue, or is it something I am ...
