Hello.I've downloaded from NASA Ocean Color .L1A files of December 2020, with the following limits of area: -16.3, -23.3, -43, -37.5But when I ran the script seeking to generate GEO, L1B, L2 and L3 files, I'm geting the following errors:Percent valid data (0.00) is less than threshold (95.00...

Your Band Math expression worked perfectly for what I needed.
About using the ArcGIS, I'm really more used to work with geoTIFF files on that, but considering those advantages on NetCDF4-CF I'll check it out.

Replace NaN by number.
The math band generates the new raster and I'm checking it on the own Seadas. I'm not exporting or saving the raster. I acctually do want to export it as Geottif to work on arcgis; but since the NaN isn't being replaced by a number there's no reason for me to export the raster image....

Hi Sean, sorry to bother you, but I still got some doubts....I've processed a whole database of many years using my script and ms12_filter.dat as I sent here, and It just worked perfectly to all files.Do you got any ideia why it happens only with this file?And what is exactly this filter kernel?...
