Thanks, it worked.
My last question is how do I used the l2gen command in the command line with multiple inputs so that I can process in batch?

Re: l2gen Products tab
Yes, I have all the wavelengths checked. I installed the processors through SeaDAS GUI with Install/Update OC Processors and update_luts. Maybe there is something wrong with the installation. What can I do differently when I reinstall to fix the l2gen problem? The only difference I can see is that I...

Re: l2gen Products tab
When I select rhot, or try to type rhot_nnn in the products tab, it defaults to rhot_vvv.
What other checks can I do to find what is causing the problem?

Re: l2gen Products tab
Yes, the l2gen processor I previously installed and used in another computer has rhot for all the 24 bands and also has miscellaneous products. However, when I installed it in a similar manner on another computer, I encounter the case I present now. Here is the SeaDAS/System Info ouput: Main Applica...

l2gen Products tab
Hello. I installed SeaDAS and OCSSW on a new computer with Ubuntu as its system. Everything is fine, however when I tried to use the l2gen processor and select the necessary products that I needed, I noticed there are missing products. rhot is only available up to 678 but I needed up to NIR band. I ...

Re: SeaDAS OCSSW Command line/Batch processing
Hello. So I tried to use the multilevel_processor in order to batch process with l2gen to produce L1C MODIS. However the parameters defaulted to this when loaded: [code] Main of multi_level processor: [main] ifile=/home/torres609/Downloads/batch/_inputFiles.lst odir=/home/torres609/Downloads/batch [...

Re: MODIS L1C for C2RCC
Hello. I'm the same person in the STEP forum :D. I just thought that the question is more appropriate in that forum. Here is the error when I try to input the generated L1C data. Maybe it's good to note that I'm using SNAP in my host OS (Windows 10) while SeaDAS on Ubuntu 16.04.7. Error regarding ti...

Re: MODIS L1C for C2RCC
I see what's happening now. When I typed in polcor_nnn and rhot_nnn in the command line in the GUI, they always expands to polcor_iii and polcor_vvv, and rhot_iii and rhot_vvv, respectively. I erased rhot_iii and polcor_iii while retaining polcor_vvv and rhot_vvv, and it worked! Thank you for your h...
