Oh gosh, I was not paying attention and matched the VIIRS SNPP file names on the L1 & L2 download portal to the file names of the VIIRS JPSS in the archive. I'll download the correct daytime image.

Hi Sean,

The matching data on the VIIRS L1 & L2 data download site shows an image taken during the day. And the timestamp of the geofile and L1A image is 16:09 and 16:00 respectively (although this might not be the time the image was taken).

I processed a VIIRS L1A to L2 and need the rhos and Rrs products. When I open the Rrs band products in SeaDAS, however, they are blank and the rhos products are in stripes. Did I process this wrong or is this a software thing?

Turns out turned out to be a downloading problem. The computer SeaDAS was downloaded on has multiple users. The software was having trouble figuring out the directory of the software as well as the ___location of my downloaded imagery. I just downloaded the software onto one account. Thanks for all the...
