Last week, I ordered quite a large number of VIIRS granules. Would this be the reason?

I still got the same issue. Is it due to some settings of my user account?

Thanks for your reply. I tested again by ordering MODIS L1B data (one granule from MOD021KM) and after I hit the submit button, it still said "There has been an error processing your request". See attached screen shot.

I am using
https://ladsweb.modaps.eosdis.nasa.gov/search/. After I find my selected data, I pressed the submit button and it gives the error message "There has been an error processing your request".

Somehow since yesterday, my ordered L1B data (either MODIS or VIIRS) cannot be completed after hit the submit button. Any issues with the system currently?
