Kasimir, I was looking into this and it looks like there has been a change to the authentication that accompanied the last update where you need to use a bearer token to download, not just username and password. You are correct. A little after my response yesterday the site went offline again, but there was also an announcement about the issue. Hopefully, the issue can be resolved soon.

I have been having issues accessing the Data Pool since the hardware upgrade last Monday & Tuesday. However, the issue appears to have been resolved now, so try again.
