Sorry for the delay, but this should be fixed now. The page requesting EULA acceptance was erroneously occurring for users who were downloading extracted files. I pushed a change yesterday to remove that requirement, and now the page should display instructions for where to accept the EULA. In case ...

Hi there, this issue should now be resolved. It appears that the issue was that the subscriptions had expiration dates after January 19, 2038, which ran into the "Year 2038" problem ( https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Year_2038_problem ) because the code for that page uses an old Perl library....
