I used earthdata search where i used harmony so to subset and then download the products.

I tried several times to make a request to download subset images Sentinel 3A L1 for October 2024 for a specific area (10,-40 80,55) and the order has failed processing. I face the same issue for newer images (2025 (January-March), for Sentinel 3B L1.

Previously, we were able to order subsetted NetCDF (NC) files from the https://oceancolor.gsfc.nasa.gov/cgi/browse.pl?sen=amod. However, with the closure of this site, I am wondering if there is an alternative way to request and download subsetted files. Is there a new platform, API, or tool availab...

I faced exactly the same problem, even if the processing ended, the values are empty but the flags were made succesfully.
