the problem has fixed by moving the seadas from windows into wsl,that is meaning i have give up run ocssw in windows.this picture is the screen shot of the previous problem

my the last one delete by my occasional operation, so i download and run it again.when activating it,some error occupied,chatgpt say that it lack of jaxb-api and txw2. i have executed the approach that provided by chatgpt and nothing happen,the error is always existing.

when i run seadas in windows with docker image to process l1 to l2,some problem occupied,the l2gen didn't run ,cause of it can't create patameter xlm file
