All the broadcast ephemeris data archived by the CDDIS are combined products. The IGS Infrastructure Committee may be of more assistance: https://igs.org/committees/infrastructure/#charter

The IGS does not produce a final orbit combination for the MGEX project. MGEX final orbit products are available from different IGS analysis centers.
