I have received this manifest given above. But this manifest doesn't give any request file.tar. That's why I can't download my needed data. I have some urgencies for submitting my project work with this data.

Our records show that particular order was requested to be expired by the user. When that happens, the staged data are deleted. If you did this in error, you will need to order the data again.
