Confusion regarding the SWOT L2 LR SSH files

I have one inquiry, if you kindly help me to figure it out, it will be a great help!

When I download the sample L2 LR SSH data from this (screenshot attached - PODAAC Data - Sample.png), I can see some sub-mesoscale features (screenshot attached - Eddy.png) after plotting the SSH.

However, when I download the L2 LR SSH data from any other sources (i.e., SWOT Simulated Level-2 KaRIn SSH from GLORYS for Science Version 1, SWOT Simulated Level-2 KaRIn SSH from MITgcm ECCO LLC4320 for Science Version 1) I can not see any features (screenshot attached - No_Eddy.png) in the SSH plot.

You can see when I plot the SSH, I can only see a uniform color gradient of SSH without any eddy. My question is -

1. Is there any other sources from where I can get the L2 LR SSH data apart from the GLORYS and MITgcm ECCO LLC4320 data that are already provided?
2. Am I missing any step that should be done prior to plotting the SSH?
