Segmentation fault in MODIS iop_opts=2 GSM
Segmentation fault in MODIS iop_opts=2 GSM
I am trying to process MODIS imagery from L1A to L3 but I have been facing some issues.
I am currently using a LINUX machine with Seadas 8.1.
I am testing the A2021098160000.nc scene.
Lat1 -20 Lat2 -30
Lon1-39 Lon2-49
In the l2gen processing settings
When I choose the gsm products (e.g., bbp_vvv_gsm), set the IOP Options as iop_opt=2 (GSM) and set the rest of the parameters as default.
The following error comes out
Applying ocean BRDF including:
Reflection/refraction for upwelling radiance.
Reflection/refraction for downwelling radiance.
Morel f/Q
No Raman scattering correction calculated for Rrs.
Loading Raman coefficients from: /opt/seadas-8.1/ocssw/share/modis/aqua/raman.nc.
/opt/seadas-8.1/ocssw/bin/ocssw_runner, row 23: 2953085 Segmentation Fault $*
Any idea how to solve this?
Thank you!

Re: Segmentation fault in MODIS iop_opts=2 GSM
Make sure GSM is chosen for Suite on l2gen's Main tab

No, it is V2022.0.

Re: Segmentation fault in MODIS iop_opts=2 GSM
Did l2gen work when you chose GSM for Suite on l2gen's main tab?

The selection of the Suite =GSM works, however, differently from the SUITE=IOP(which selects automatically opt_iop=7(GIOP)) it does not select the opt_iop=2(GSM) in the IOP options tab. And when I select it before running the code, an error occurs in the processing.
