I want to download data projection on Shortwave downward radiation from 2015 to 20100

How can access such data sets?

Have you tried Earthdata Search tool? You can use the search box and filters on the left to modify what data is returned.

I have tried the instruction but I get data for USA and Asia.

To be specific, I am looking for the projection of Shortwave Downward Radiations for Tanzania in the period 2015 to 2100. The data viewer provides from 1918 to 2020
