@ouaretwa ,
It looks like your .netrc file might be in the wrong directory. Could you move your .netrc file to your user profile directory (e.g., C:\Users\ouaretw\.netrc)? Let us know if that works.

@ouaretwa,
I have been having issues accessing the Data Pool since the hardware upgrade last Monday & Tuesday. However, the issue appears to have been resolved now, so try again.
Andrew.

@ouaretwa
You are correct. A little after my response yesterday the site went offline again, but there was also an announcement about the issue. Hopefully, the issue can be resolved soon.
Best wishes,
Andrew.

Re: Verify that your username and password are correct in .netrc
Hi, @aleason and @ouaretwa The USGS EROS Center recently completed a significant maintenance activity, after bringing the systems back up the LP DAAC has been experiencing high volumes of user traffic. This has been impacting data downloads for some users and causing timeouts. We have been implementing fixes for this issue and just recently released another fix. Please try to clear your cache one more time and access the data again. If you continue to have download issues, please contact LPDAAC@usgs.gov
