Hi, when I download ASTER L1T data, raising this error: Bad Request Your browser sent a request that this server could not understand. Size of a request header field exceeds server limit.
what cause this error, and how should I fix it?

Have you tried a different browser? If you are receiving a 400 Bad Request error, please clear your cache, delete any USGS related cookies, and try to access the Data Pool again. Keep in mind access to LP DAAC HTTP downloads will be unavailable on Wednesday September 14, 2022 between 8:00 am - 1:00 pm CDT. Please contact lpdaac@usgs.gov User Services with any questions.
