ASTER Data Download

Hi I am having a problem with my data requests. I have now submitted three over a week and in each case I have recieved an email from no-reply@mail.nasa.gov that tells me my request has moved from PROCESSING to CLOSED. However I have not recieved any means for downloading the data. I have checked my junk email and there are definitely no other emails.

The LP DAAC has had some email server issues and our technical engineers are currently working the issues.
We sent you the download links for the orders you sent through LPDAAC@usgs.gov email. Please let us know if you did not get those emails.
